News-savvy Republicans know Dan Bishop as a proven conservative who has fought for North Carolina values his entire legislative career. As a state senator, he has consistently stood up for Second Amendment rights, fought against government overreach, and championed limited government.

Bishop is also a strong supporter of law enforcement and has worked to ensure that our law enforcement officers have the resources they need to keep our communities safe.

In this weekend’s battle of ideas between North Carolina's Attorney General candidates, Dan Bishop, won with his sharp focus on facts and solid policies.

While his opponent, Democrat Jeff Jackson flaunted his bipartisan ranking and endorsements from questionable characters, Bishop's exposure of Jackson's dubious claims set him apart.

One key debate was about public safety and fentanyl's impact on North Carolina.

Jackson proposed a new anti-money laundering law to stop drug trafficking, but Bishop criticized this. He said existing laws should be enforced and federal prosecutors should work together to tackle cross-state drug distribution. Bishop wants to enforce current laws and push for tougher penalties.

He pointed out that Jackson voted against important anti-crime bills, showing Jackson's soft-on-crime stance.

Bishop stresses enforcing all laws, big or small, inspired by Rudy Giuliani's "broken windows" theory in New York. This theory says addressing minor offenses can prevent major crimes and create safer communities.

Bishop showed Jackson's disconnect from North Carolina's issues by highlighting his lenient voting record on crime and opposition to cooperating with ICE. Bishop's focus on crime, commitment to conservative values, and practical enforcement plans make him the best candidate for Attorney General.

For North Carolina's security, Dan Bishop is the clear choice.
